- Bacchetta - stick (drum)
- Bis (Biz) - twice (repeat)
- Chiuso - closed, stopped (brass)
- Colle Voce _ with the voice accompaniment
- Colpo di Lingua - tonguing

- Con la mazza - with bass drumstick
